Community engagement has been a natural part of my humanitarian and organizational journey since 2011 — creating opportunities to listen, communicate, understand local realities and connect organizational responsibility with the people it is intended to serve.

My structured humanitarian journey began through a human-rights-focused organizational responsibility in Sadarpur Upazila.

Working within a local environment provided direct experience of communication, community awareness and the importance of understanding issues within their social context.

As Divisional Chief Coordinator with Centre for Save the Victim (CSV), responsibility expanded beyond a single local organizational setting.
